Ep. 15 Mike & Gaby Grinberg: From Stay-at-Hospital Parents to Family-First Business

Mike and Gaby Grinberg were expecting the arrival of their first child when Gaby experienced preeclampsia and gave birth to their daughter, Lana, at just 24 weeks. While caring for her premature infant, Gaby was unexpectedly let go from her job. Making the best out of the situation, Gaby became a stay-at-hospital mom and then a stay-at-home mom. Frustrated by the lack of family-focused policies from companies, Mike and Gaby started their own totally remote business, allowing employees to focus on their family and maintain a career. Mike and Gaby sat down with Kristi to discuss the value of a family-first culture and the role Lana played in helping them flip their script.
